The Global Catalyst Group gathers persons of unique potential into a community dedicated to thought leadership, shared resources, and mutual improvement. All Global Catalyst members are on the fringe of innovation, thought leadership and are poised to make positive contributions to society. The Global Catalyst Group has established the Global Catalyst Speakers’ Bureau to create a stage for future leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs to share stories, ideas, and life lessons.

All of our speakers content can be formatted for Keynotes (Up to 90 minutes), Workshops (half and full day), or Seminars (multi-day.) Investments may vary depending on content required.
The Global Catalyst Group is a social enterprise and fees support the mission of our speakers and the work of the group. Typical fees for Global Catalyst Speakers vary, and any necessary travel, lodging, and meals may be covered by the host. Speaking engagements last between 90 minutes and 3 hours. All programs are negotiated based on each engagement requirements.

Donald Ball is dedicated to building a more sustainable future by creating a forum for leaders to engage in the conversations that are shaping the world through peer-to-peer collaboration and cross-sector partnerships. He is the founder and President of the Global Catalyst Group. Previously, Don was a Senior Consultant for IBM Global Business Services in Washington, DC.

Brad Hargreaves has entertained and educated a variety of audiences at conferences, colleges and companies. He’s the founder and Chief Executive Officer of PickTeams, the creators of the GoCrossOffice teambuilding program and GoCrossCampus gaming network.
