Start-up Diver is a strategic and collaborative process designed to objectively analyze a start-up business. Upon completion of the Diver Event, a “connector session” is held to present findings of the Diver Event and to continue the conversation with the Company’s leadership team. We provide a detailed Practical Application Report that offers insight into the business profile, challenges, gaps, future partners, key collaborators, revenue models, and nontraditional applications for the leadership team to apply.
